Why should I care about improving my reviews?
Consider these statistics:
- 92% of consumers now read online reviews.
- Star rating is the number one factor used by consumers to judge a business.
- 80% trust reviews as much as personal recommendations.
- Only 57% of consumers would use a business with a three-star rating.
- Only 14% of consumers would consider using a business with a one or two star rating.
- Over half of young people aged 18 to 34 say they trust online reviews more than the opinions of friends and family.
- 44% say a review must be written within one month to be relevant.
Frequent, positive reviews are now a crucial part of a successful business.
How is Review Jet different than its competitors?
Our competitors will require you to bulk upload customer mobile phone numbers and/or emails before you can solicit reviews from them. But what if you run a business that doesn't make it easy to acquire emails and phone numbers without burdening your customers? Our method incentivizes customers to text first before they are solicited for a review. The slow-drip of reviews from customers is more natural than the bulk waterfall method offered by our competitors.
Can I choose a local phone number?
Absolutely. You can search for a phone number by area code.
Can I choose a short code phone number like 656565?
Short codes are significantly more expensive, costing thousands of dollars per year. The price is not set by Review Jet, but by our partners. If you are interested in a short code, please contact us for rates.
Where can I improve my reviews?
You can improve your reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, Zillow, Foursquare, and TripAdvisor. If you would like to improve your reviews on another site, just let us know and we will work to add that feature.
Can I choose the websites where I want to improve my reviews?
Yes. You will have the option to select the websites you want to target. For example, if you own a restaurant, you are not going to target Zillow like a real estate agent would.
