Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and ReviewJet ("ReviewJet", "we", "us"), the operator of reviewjet.com and the ReviewJet service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
2. The Service
ReviewJet is customer review software: it sends automated review requests to your customers, aggregates reviews from connected sources such as Google, G2 and Trustpilot, and displays them in embeddable website widgets. We may improve or modify features over time; if a change materially reduces the Service's core functionality during your paid term, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund of prepaid, unused fees.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and confirm it with the code we send. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old and using the Service for business purposes. Notify us at app@reviewjet.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send review requests to people who are not your customers, or to purchased or scraped contact lists;
- publish fake, paid-for or misrepresented reviews, or edit the substance of a customer's review;
- use the Service for review gating or any practice that violates the policies of Google, G2, Trustpilot or another connected platform;
- violate applicable law, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and equivalent rules in your customers' jurisdictions;
- probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or access it by automated means other than our documented API;
- resell or white-label the Service except as expressly included in your plan.
We may suspend accounts that put deliverability, other customers or platform relationships at risk, and will tell you why when we do.
5. Plans, fees and billing
The Service is offered in paid subscription plans (currently Starter, Plus and Pro, plus a custom Enterprise plan) billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Prices and plan limits, including monthly review request quotas, are listed on the pricing page and in your order form for Enterprise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
- Except where these Terms or applicable law say otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our income.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data you bring to the Service: customer contact lists, direct reviews collected through your ReviewJet forms, brand assets and configuration ("Customer Content"). You grant us a license to host, process and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service. Reviews synced from third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' terms. You can export your data as CSV or JSON at any time, including for 30 days after cancellation, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to send requests to the contacts you upload and to display the reviews you publish.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the widget code, templates, documentation and the ReviewJet name and marks, belongs to ReviewJet and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Third-party platforms
Connecting Google, G2, Trustpilot or a CRM links the Service to platforms we do not control. Their availability, APIs and policies may change, which can affect syncing. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for keeping your accounts with them in good standing.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reviews will be collected in any particular volume, that third-party platforms will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Enterprise customers' uptime commitments are set out in their SLA.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Each party's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid to ReviewJet in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, either party's indemnification obligations, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify ReviewJet against third-party claims arising from Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law, including anti-spam and consumer protection law. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Service, as provided by us, infringes their intellectual property rights.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms if the breach is not cured within 14 days of notice (or immediately for breaches of section 4 that threaten the Service or other customers). Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 13, survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by email for 30 days.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
