For US contractors running ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan Google reviews and ServiceTitan reputation management with automated review requests

Turn each completed HVAC, plumbing, electrical or garage door job into a timed Google review request through Zapier. ReviewJet sends the ask and one reminder, then shows reviews on your website, with a published price if you have not bought Marketing Pro or want to compare its quote.

The short answer

Completed ServiceTitan jobs can start Google review requests

ServiceTitan includes Reputation Management within Marketing Pro, whose price requires a quote. Contractors with Works or Legacy can instead connect ServiceTitan to ReviewJet through Zapier using Updated Job, a Status is Completed filter and a Webhooks POST. ReviewJet Starter costs $49 flat monthly or $288 yearly for one workspace, sends a timed request and one reminder, and displays reviews on your site. ServiceTitan's Zapier connection is open beta, not officially supported and available as is, so include that dependency in your decision.

Compare the spend

Published review software costs beside the Marketing Pro quote

Compare the review software addition to your existing ServiceTitan bill. Location pricing and workspace limits are different billing models, so decide whether each branch needs a separate workspace before choosing a plan.

Include delivery and connection costs

Reviewflowz adds $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS to its subscription prices. Pro's $45 and Premium's $70 per location per month are annual billing rates. Premium costs $80 per location month to month; Pro's monthly rate is not published. ReviewJet's figures cover ReviewJet, so check your Zapier charges and ServiceTitan package eligibility when comparing the complete workflow.

Compare a quote with a written price

The ServiceTitan pricing page lists Starter, Essentials and The Works with per-technician pricing and Request Pricing buttons. Marketing Pro appears without a price. The Reviewflowz ServiceTitan integration page specifies Premium billing and the direct connection, while its pricing page lists Pro's annual billing rate. Compare those terms with the value of keeping everything in ServiceTitan.

The ServiceTitan Zapier review request flow

A completed status gives the request a clear starting point

An updated job is not necessarily finished work. The filter makes completion the condition for sending customer details to ReviewJet.

Zapier lists New Job, Updated Job, New Invoice, New Payment and New Customer. Updated Job with the completion filter fits a finished service visit. New Payment is an alternative when you prefer to ask after the customer pays. A new customer or newly booked job does not establish that the work is complete.

ServiceTitan's help example uses Get Jobs with a Status filter set to Completed. That example differs from the Updated Job flow shown here. Rescheduled or canceled jobs do not update automatically in connected apps, so do not assume a later office change adjusts a request already handed off.

Set up the handoff

Connect ServiceTitan to ReviewJet in five steps

Check package access before building the Zap. This workflow uses ServiceTitan's beta Zapier integration and a paid ReviewJet plan.

  1. 1

    Confirm ServiceTitan access

Confirm that your account has Works or Legacy, then request a Client ID and Secret Key from ServiceTitan's integrations team. Use those credentials to connect ServiceTitan in Zapier. ServiceTitan describes the integration as currently in open beta, not officially supported and available on an as is basis.

  2. 2

    Prepare your ReviewJet workspace

Create the secret trigger address for your workspace on a paid ReviewJet plan. It is a POST destination with the path /hooks/requests/{key}. Copy your workspace URL into the Zap rather than publishing it. Prepare the Google review destination and choose whether the request uses email or text.

  3. 3

    Trigger on Updated Job

Choose ServiceTitan and Updated Job in Zapier. Add Filter by Zapier with the condition Status is Completed. Inspect the job data and identify the customer contact fields. If payment is your preferred milestone, use New Payment instead and confirm that the event corresponds to the finished service you want reviewed.

  4. 4

    Map the Webhooks POST

Add Webhooks by Zapier with POST and a JSON payload to your ReviewJet trigger address. Map email or phone, name, delay_days and timezone. Set channel to match the intended delivery method. Choose a delay that allows the customer to experience the completed repair, installation or service visit.

  5. 5

    Test before enabling customer requests

Use contact details you control to test the completion filter, recipient, chosen channel and timing. Check the Google review destination and website widget placement. Enable the Zap after the test matches your office workflow. ReviewJet applies one ask per customer per 30 days and accepts 120 trigger calls per minute.

Treat job completion as an office decision

Agree on when dispatch marks work Completed. If a walkthrough or return visit remains, choose timing that reflects the customer experience. The 30 day duplicate window helps with repeated job events for the same customer, but it does not replace checking the completion status and the contact details passed by the Zap.

Match the request to the work

Review requests for the trades using ServiceTitan

Keep the same completion filter across your service business, then choose a request delay that fits the work. These are suggested workflows, not promised outcomes.

Contractor inspecting a roof after a storm
A roof inspection after a storm illustrates the same principle as an indoor service call. Ask about the service the customer has actually received.

HVAC

For a cooling repair or equipment installation, mark the job Completed after the technician handoff. Allow time for the homeowner to experience the system before asking. Place the review widget beside HVAC service information where visitors consider booking.

Plumbing

For a leak repair or fixture installation, align completion with testing and cleanup. Choose a delay that lets the customer use the repaired fixture. If payment closes the customer experience in your office, consider New Payment as the trigger.

Electrical

For troubleshooting or installation work, tie the request to the finished service and customer explanation. Avoid triggering from the initial booking or invoice creation. Keep the request recognizable as a follow-up to the electrical work the customer ordered.

Garage doors

For a door repair or opener installation, complete the operating check and customer handoff before closing the job. Use the delay to separate the review request from the visit. Repeated visits for the same customer remain subject to the duplicate window.

Choose what fits your office

When ServiceTitan's own Reputation Management is the better buy

Start with the native option if your office wants reviews and replies in the system it already uses. A separate review tool has a published price, but also adds a connection to manage.

Keep review handling in ServiceTitan

Marketing Pro brings Google and other reviews into Marketing > Reputation > Reviews. Replies post to the platform. If staff already work there, keeping review handling in the same system can matter more than choosing a separate subscription.

Avoid the Zapier beta dependency

Native Reputation Management avoids this open beta connection. Its account setup goes through Technical Support. If the office cannot maintain a Zap or accept the integration's as is status, include that operational requirement when evaluating the Marketing Pro quote.

Use dedicated review surveys

ServiceTitan recommends Reputation Management's dedicated review surveys. It warns that Google links in native job completion survey SMS templates can lead to carrier reclassification and filtering. ReviewJet's separate workflow is an alternative, not an instruction to alter those templates.

Reviewflowz has direct integration advantages too

Reviewflowz requires ServiceTitan Works or Ent Plus and polls for Completed jobs about every 15 minutes because ServiceTitan offers no webhooks to new apps. Its direct polling avoids Zapier, and it credits the review to the assigned technician. Those are real advantages if your office wants fewer connected tools and technician attribution.

Its sequence sends SMS after one hour, email after three days and WhatsApp after seven days, stopping when a new Google review with a rating of five stars arrives. Compare that sequence and technician credit with ReviewJet's timed request, one reminder and website widget rather than deciding on subscription price alone.

Allow for Google's sync into ServiceTitan taking a few hours to about a week. A review missing from the dashboard immediately after posting does not necessarily mean it failed. Choose ReviewJet when its published price, timed requests, one reminder and website widget fit your needs and you accept the Zapier setup.

Questions about ServiceTitan reviews and Google

Marketing Pro Reputation requires account configuration through Technical Support. Google reviews can take a few hours to about a week to sync.

ReviewJet Starter has a published $49 monthly price.
Yes, ServiceTitan offers dedicated review surveys through Marketing Pro Reputation Management. Rescheduled or canceled jobs do not update automatically in connected apps.
Use Updated Job in Zapier, filter for Status is Completed, then POST customer details to your ReviewJet trigger address. Map email or phone, name, delay_days and timezone. Yes, use ServiceTitan's dedicated Reputation Management review surveys or connect an eligible account to ReviewJet through Zapier for text requests. For ReviewJet, map the customer phone and channel along with the timing fields. Avoid adding Google review links to native job completion survey SMS templates because ServiceTitan warns about carrier reclassification and filtering.
Yes, unless you have the Legacy package. ServiceTitan's Zapier setup article requires Works or Legacy for this connection.
