ReviewTrackers pricing, what ReviewTrackers costs per location and cheaper alternatives
ReviewTrackers does not publish a dollar price. Its plans page lists three plans, Data Only, Starter and Essential, and says pricing is "per location per month paid annually", so what you pay is your quoted rate times your locations times twelve, committed up front for the year. To get the number you book a demo with a product specialist. Below is how the plans differ, what to ask on that call, and what flat and per-location tools with public prices cost for the same job.

The short answer
ReviewTrackers is priced per location and billed annually, and the rate is quoted, not listed. That model suits a multi-location brand that wants monitoring across 100+ review sites, experience analysis and competitor insights. If what you need is review requests plus your Google reviews on your website, tools with a public price do it for $45 to $125 a month for one location, and ReviewJet does it for a flat $49 regardless of location count.
How much does ReviewTrackers cost?
There is no public figure. The ReviewTrackers plans page has a location slider running from 1 to 500+ and a line reading "per location per month paid annually", but the price itself is not printed. Each plan card ends in a "Request a Demo" button, and the page offers a US sales line at (866) 854-7670. The page also invites agency partners to "contact us about special rates", which tells you the rate is negotiated.
Third-party directories and review blogs do quote monthly figures for ReviewTrackers. They disagree with each other, none cite ReviewTrackers as the source, and some describe plan names the vendor no longer uses. We are not repeating any of them. Treat any number you read before your demo as a guess, and the number on your order form as the only real one.
ReviewTrackers plans compared
What each plan is for, taken from the plan descriptions on the ReviewTrackers plans page. All three are licensed per location.
| Plan | What ReviewTrackers says it covers | Who it suits | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data Only | Review data from 100+ sources delivered into your own platform for analysis | Brands with a data team and a BI or CX stack already in place | Quoted, per location, annual |
| Starter | Unlimited users, alerts, dashboards, review and feedback requests, review responding | Multi-location operators who want one place to read and answer reviews | Quoted, per location, annual |
| Essential | Everything in Starter plus experience analysis and competitor insights | Brands comparing locations against each other and against local rivals | Quoted, per location, annual |
On top of the plans, ReviewTrackers sells add-ons: local listings management, local search rank, managed services, white label, an employer brand package and an App Store package for Google Play and iOS reviews. Each one is another line on the quote. If you only need one of them, ask whether it can be bought without moving up a plan.
What will ReviewTrackers cost per year?
Because the rate is per location and paid annually, the bill scales in a straight line with your footprint and lands in one payment. Plug your quoted rate into the table below. The rates in the column headers are examples to show the arithmetic, not ReviewTrackers prices.
| Locations | At $50 per location | At $100 per location | At $150 per location |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $600 a year | $1,200 a year | $1,800 a year |
| 3 | $1,800 a year | $3,600 a year | $5,400 a year |
| 10 | $6,000 a year | $12,000 a year | $18,000 a year |
| 25 | $15,000 a year | $30,000 a year | $45,000 a year |
Two things follow. First, at ten locations the difference between a $50 and a $150 rate is $12,000 a year, so the negotiation matters more than the plan name. Second, annual billing means a mid-year change of mind costs you the rest of the year. Ask what happens to your rate when you add a location in month four, and whether locations can be removed at renewal.
Who owns ReviewTrackers now, and why it matters for price
InMoment acquired ReviewTrackers in June 2022. Press Ganey Forsta announced its acquisition of InMoment in May 2025, and Qualtrics then agreed to buy Press Ganey Forsta for $6.75 billion. The ReviewTrackers plans page now carries Press Ganey branding in its header.
For a buyer, that means ReviewTrackers sits inside a large enterprise customer-experience group whose other products are sold on custom contracts. That is consistent with quote-based, annual, per-location pricing, and it is worth asking on your demo whether the plan you sign is a standalone ReviewTrackers contract or part of a wider bundle, and what the renewal terms look like after the ownership changes.
Questions to ask on the ReviewTrackers demo
You will get a better number, and fewer surprises, if you go in with a list. These are the items that most often change the real cost of per-location review software.
- The per-location rate at your location count, in writing. And the rate for locations added during the term.
- Setup or onboarding fees. The plans page does not mention any, so confirm there are none.
- Text message charges. Review requests by SMS often carry usage costs separate from the license.
- Contract length and renewal notice. "Paid annually" tells you the billing; ask how far ahead you must cancel before it renews.
- Which review sites are included on your plan. Monitoring 100+ sources is the headline; check the ones your customers actually use.
- Which add-ons you need for your use case. White label, listings and local search rank are priced separately.
Cheaper alternatives to ReviewTrackers with published prices
If the quote comes back higher than you expected, these are tools that print their price. Figures are read on each vendor's own pricing page. They are not identical products: ReviewTrackers leads on monitoring breadth and analysis, and several of these lead on requests and display.
| Tool | Published price | Pricing model | Where it fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| ReviewTrackers | Not published | Per location, paid annually | Multi-location brands wanting monitoring, analysis and competitor insights |
| ReviewJet | $49, $149 or $499 a month; yearly from $288 | Flat, by workspaces | Review requests plus Google, G2 and Trustpilot reviews on your website |
| GatherUp | $99 a month for 1 location; $60 per location for 2 to 10 | Per location, 20% off annual | Requests plus monitoring across 100+ sites, API on every plan |
| Reputation.com | $80, $115 or $150 per location a month | Per location | Brands that also want listings, surveys and analytics |
| Reviewflowz | $45 or $70 per location a month | Per location | AI replies and multichannel request campaigns |
| NiceJob | $75 or $125 a month | Flat per business, no contract | Home service companies wanting referrals on Pro |
| Birdeye, Podium | Not published | Quoted | Suites with messaging, payments and more |
Ten locations on GatherUp's 2 to 10 band is $600 a month, on Reputation.com's Rep Core $800, and on ReviewJet Pro $499 flat with unlimited workspaces. None of those three matches ReviewTrackers on analysis, but for a team that mainly asks for reviews and answers them, the analysis layer is the part that often goes unused. The reputation management pricing guide compares the pricing models side by side, and our Reputation.com pricing breakdown runs the same arithmetic at 1 to 50 locations.
Is ReviewTrackers worth the price?
It is worth it when you will use what the per-location fee pays for: monitoring across many review sites, experience analysis that tags themes across thousands of reviews, and competitor insights by location. A regional chain with thirty locations, a CX analyst and weekly location reviews gets value from all of that.
It is harder to justify for a business with one to five locations whose real goal is more Google reviews and a better-looking website. The cost of that work does not change with your location count, so paying for it per location means paying more every time you open a new site. If watching what rivals charge and change matters to you, a dedicated competitor monitoring tool covers pricing and website changes, which review software does not.
Where ReviewJet fits
ReviewJet is the flat-price option for the part most businesses need: a review request after every sale or job, one follow-up, no gating step, and your Google, G2, Trustpilot and direct reviews shown on your site with review schema. Starter is $49 a month, Plus is $149 with five workspaces and white-label widgets, and Pro is $499 with unlimited workspaces. It does not monitor 100+ review sites and does not do experience analysis. If those are why you are looking at ReviewTrackers, take the demo. If they are not, you can see the plans or read how review management software compares across the category.
