Trustindex pricing and what the Single, Pro and Ultimate plans actually cover

ReviewJet Team 7 min read

Trustindex sells three paid plans, all billed once a year: Single at $65, Pro at $125 and Ultimate at $349. The difference between them is the number of companies you can connect (one, five or unlimited), not features, views or websites. There is a free package you can keep forever, a 7 day trial of the paid features, a 30 day money-back guarantee, and three paid add-ons that are easy to miss on the pricing page.

The short answer

Trustindex costs $65 a year for one company, $125 a year for five and $349 a year for unlimited companies, which works out to $5.42, $10.42 and $29.08 a month. Every paid plan includes unlimited websites, widgets, views and reviews from 133 review platforms. There is no monthly billing. AI auto-replies cost $29 per review source per year on top. For displaying reviews you already have, it is one of the cheapest tools on the market. It gets less cheap once you need the asking done for you.

How much does Trustindex cost?

These figures are read from the prices page on trustindex.io. All three plans are priced in US dollars per year, and the page shows the monthly equivalent next to each.

Trustindex plans compared on yearly price, monthly equivalent, companies included and who each plan is for
Plan Price per year Monthly equivalent Companies Pitched at
Free package$0$0Limited feature setTrying the widget before paying
Single$65$5.421Small business
Pro$125$10.425Medium business, marked most popular
Ultimate$349$29.08UnlimitedOrganizations and agencies

All three paid plans list the same core: unlimited websites, unlimited widgets, unlimited views, unlimited reviews, 133 review platforms, AI-translated reviews, automatic review updates and priority support. So the plan you need depends on one question only: how many separate companies, each with its own Google Business Profile or review profiles, do you want to connect?

Trustindex used to describe these limits as domains. The current page counts companies and allows unlimited websites on every plan, which is better for a business that runs a main site, a booking site and a landing page or two. If you operate several locations under one brand, ask Trustindex in writing whether each location counts as a separate company before you choose Single.

Is Trustindex free?

Partly. Trustindex has a free package that you can use forever, with a reduced feature set. Signing up also opens every paid feature for 7 days. When the trial ends, the account drops back to the free package rather than charging you, so nothing renews by surprise. If you do pay and change your mind, the page promises a refund on request within 30 days of purchase.

The free package is fine for testing whether a reviews slider looks right on your homepage. Businesses that care about the widget matching their brand, filtering by source, or showing reviews from more than one platform should use the trial week to check whether those features sit in the free package or need Single.

The add-ons that change the real price

Three items sit lower on the prices page, under a section called powerful add-ons and in the review management rows. They are where a $65 plan can turn into a few hundred dollars a year.

Trustindex add-ons and their published prices
Add-on Published price What it does
Automatic AI Reply$29 per source per yearWrites and posts replies to new reviews automatically, on Google, Facebook and Trustindex reviews
Google Business SEO Analysis$29 per source per yearTips for optimizing your Google Business Profile
Google Review Strategy Program$299A personal customer success manager who works on your review strategy

Here is what a realistic first year looks like. A single-location business on Single that wants automatic replies on Google and Facebook pays $65 plus 2 x $29, so $123. An agency on Ultimate that turns on auto-replies for Google across 20 client companies pays $349 plus 20 x $29, so $929, which is still less than many per-location review platforms charge for two or three clients.

What Trustindex is good at, and where it stops

Trustindex is a display tool first. It pulls reviews from 133 platforms, including Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb, Yelp and Houzz, and turns them into sliders, grids, badges, popups and floating widgets that refresh daily. Views are not metered, so a widget on a busy site never gets switched off for traffic. On that job, at that price, it is very hard to beat, and we say the same on our Google reviews widget page.

It also lists review collection: email campaigns, automatic campaigns using a BCC address, QR codes, NFC cards and integrations with tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Zapier. SMS review collection is marked as in progress on the prices page, so it is not something to buy today.

One row deserves a careful look before you switch it on. The collection section lists "Intelligent review collecting (negative reviews filter)". Routing happy customers to Google while steering unhappy ones somewhere private is what Google calls selectively soliciting positive reviews, and its review policy prohibits it. The FTC's consumer review rule (16 CFR Part 465) adds risk if a business suppresses reviews based on their rating. Plenty of tools offer the toggle. Leaving it off is the safe choice. Our explainer on review gating covers why.

Trustindex pricing compared with other review tools

Prices below come from each vendor's own pricing page. Trustindex bills yearly, so the monthly figures are its yearly prices divided by twelve.

Trustindex compared with other review tools on entry price, billing unit and best use
Tool Entry price Billing unit Best for
Trustindex$65/yr SinglePer company, yearly onlyShowing existing reviews from many platforms at the lowest price
Elfsight$60/yr Basic for one appPer app, metered by monthly viewsLow traffic sites that want several different widgets
ReviewJet$49/mo, or $24/mo billed yearlyFlat, 1,000 requests a monthBusinesses that want every customer asked automatically and Google, G2 and Trustpilot reviews on their site
Reviewflowz$45 per location/mo ProPer locationSingle locations that want AI replies and SMS campaigns
NiceJob$75/mo StarterPer accountHome service companies that want text requests and referrals

Read that table honestly and Trustindex is the cheapest way to put reviews you already have on a website. ReviewJet costs more, $288 a year against $65, and supports four review sources rather than 133. What the extra pays for is the request side: a review request that goes out on its own when an invoice is paid or a deal closes, at a set delay, inside business hours, with one reminder and a 30 day guard so nobody is asked twice. You can see that flow on Google review automation, and the paid-invoice version for accounting software on Xero Google reviews.

For the wider widget market, including Elfsight's view bands and EmbedSocial, our reviews widget pricing comparison runs the numbers at different traffic levels.

Which Trustindex plan should you pick?

Pick Single if you run one business and mainly want reviews shown on your site. It suits a dental lab, a law office or a bed and breakfast pulling Booking.com, Airbnb and Tripadvisor reviews onto its own pages. An inn that already sends a post-stay email from its property management system for inns and B&Bs can drop its Google review link into that email and let Trustindex handle the display.

Pick Pro if you own two to five separate businesses or brands. The jump from $65 to $125 is small for four extra companies. Pick Ultimate if you are an agency putting widgets on client sites, since unlimited companies at $349 a year is cheap enough to bundle into a website care plan.

Pick something else if the real problem is that new reviews are not coming in. A widget can only show reviews you already have. If your newest Google review is six months old, the money is better spent on requests that go to every customer at the right moment, and on a widget fed by those fresh reviews. ReviewJet starts at $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, and the full tiers are on the pricing page.
