Thryv pricing for Starter and Signature and which plan includes reviews
Thryv publishes two prices and quotes everything else. The pricing page lists Starter at $99 a month and Signature at $399 a month, with 15% off for annual billing, a free trial on both, and a Custom tier priced by a sales rep. The $250 onboarding fee is waived on Signature. If you are pricing Thryv mainly to get more Google reviews, the useful detail is further down the comparison table: the review tool is on every plan, and only one review feature sits behind the $399 tier.

The short answer
Thryv costs $99 a month on Starter and $399 a month on Signature, or $84.15 and $339.15 a month billed annually. A first year runs about $1,010 to $1,188 on Starter and $4,070 to $4,788 on Signature. Custom has no public price. AI reputation management is on all three plans; review acknowledgment is only on Signature and Custom. If reviews are the job, single-purpose review tools with published prices start at $45 to $49 a month.
How much does Thryv cost per month?
These are the figures on thryv.com/pricing. The page has a Monthly and Annual toggle, and the annual setting takes 15% off both published plans.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Users | Onboarding | Support |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99/mo | $84.15/mo | 1 | In-app, self-serve | 24/7 chat |
| Signature | $399/mo | $339.15/mo | 5 | $250 fee waived | 24/7 chat, phone and email; optional first-year success manager |
| Custom | Quote | Quote | 5 | $250 fee waived | As Signature, plus the Boosts add-ons for ads, brand, search and social |
Two details on that table change the real price. Starter is a single-user plan, so a business where the owner and an office manager both log in is already looking at Signature. And the Boosts on Custom are done-for-you services with no listed price at all, which is where a quote can move a long way from $399.
What a year of Thryv actually costs
Monthly billing gives you the option to leave. Annual billing saves 15% but commits the year. Here is the arithmetic for the two published plans, before any add-on.
| Plan | 12 months, billed monthly | 12 months, billed annually | Annual saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1,188 | $1,009.80 | $178.20 |
| Signature | $4,788 | $4,069.80 | $718.20 |
You will also find much larger numbers attached to Thryv online, including bundle names with prices from about $646 to $1,475 a month. Those figures appear on third-party sites, not on Thryv's own pricing page, and we could not match them to anything Thryv publishes. If a rep quotes you a bundle, ask for the line items and compare each one against the two plans above.
Which Thryv plan includes review management?
All of them include the core review tool. The comparison table on the pricing page lists "AI reputation management" with a check on Starter, Signature and Custom. One review row differs: "Review acknowledgment" is marked as not included on Starter and included on Signature and Custom.
That matters if a rep steers you toward Signature because you asked about reviews. The $300 a month difference between the plans buys five users, Yelp and Nextdoor listings, social posting, a professionally designed website, phone support and review acknowledgment. If you need most of that, Signature is a reasonable bundle. If you only need the review piece, Starter already has it, and so do cheaper single-purpose tools.
Is Thryv worth it for a small business?
Thryv is worth it when you use several of the things it bundles. Starter at $99 includes listings on 60+ directories, an AI website builder, Google Business Profile analytics, trackable phone numbers and AI reputation management. A business with no website, messy listings and no review process gets all four jobs started for one price, and that is a fair deal.
It stops being worth it when the bundle shrinks to one module. The common case: you already have a website you like, listings you fixed once and rarely touch, and what you actually open every week is the review screen. Then you are paying a suite price for a review tool. If your website is the piece you would keep, an AI website builder that builds the whole site for you covers that job on its own, and a review tool covers the rest.
A quick test before you renew or sign: list what your team touched in Thryv over the last thirty days. Three or more modules, stay. One module, price that module on its own.
Thryv alternatives for reviews, compared on published price
For the review job alone, these tools publish their prices. All figures come from each vendor's own pricing page.
| Tool | Published price | Pricing basis | Good fit when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Thryv Starter | $99/mo, $84.15 annually | Per plan, 1 user | You want website, listings and reviews in one place |
| ReviewJet Starter | $49/mo, $24/mo billed yearly | Flat, 1,000 requests a month | You want review requests and a review widget on your own site |
| Reviewflowz Pro | $45 per location/mo | Per location | You want AI-drafted replies across many review sites |
| NiceJob Starter | $75/mo, Pro $125 | Per plan, no contract | You run a home service business and want referral campaigns too |
| GatherUp | $99/mo for 1 location | $60 per location from 2 to 10 | You want NPS surveys alongside reviews |
None of those tools builds a website or manages directory listings, so the comparison only holds if those jobs are already handled. The longer version of this comparison, including Podium and Birdeye, which publish no prices, is in our Thryv alternatives guide.
What you get for $49 instead of $99
ReviewJet does the review part of the Thryv bundle and nothing else. It sends review requests by email after a job, follows up once if the customer does not respond, and never asks the same person twice within 30 days. It shows your Google, G2 and Trustpilot reviews on your website in a widget with review schema, and it does not filter unhappy customers away from Google, which Google prohibits. The setup for an automated request flow is on our Google review automation page, and if you invoice in QuickBooks Online, requests can go out the day an invoice is paid with our QuickBooks Google reviews setup.
Where Thryv wins: it bundles listings, a website builder, call tracking and social posting, and ReviewJet does none of those. A business that needs all of them in one login will spend less on Thryv Starter than on three separate tools.
Questions to ask a Thryv rep before you sign
- Is this quote one of the two published plans, or Custom? If it is Custom, ask for each Boost as a separate line with its own price.
- Am I billed monthly or annually? The 15% saving is real, and so is the twelve-month commitment that comes with it.
- How many users do I need? Starter has one. A second login is the most common reason a $99 plan becomes a $399 one.
- Is review acknowledgment something I will use? It is the only review feature that separates Signature from Starter.
- What happens to my website and listings if I cancel? A site built inside a suite does not always leave with you.
If the review screen is the part of Thryv you would miss, compare the ReviewJet plans: Starter is $49 a month for one business, and Plus at $149 covers up to five brands or locations under one login. The reputation management software page covers what each tier does.
Frequently asked questions
Thryv lists Starter at $99 a month and Signature at $399 a month on monthly billing, or $84.15 and $339.15 a month billed annually, which is 15% off. A Custom tier with done-for-you Boosts is priced by quote. Starter includes one user and Signature includes five.
Thryv lists a $250 onboarding fee that is waived on Signature and Custom. Starter uses in-app onboarding. Confirm the fee in writing on your order form, because a quote for a bundle or a Custom plan can differ from the published plans.
Yes. The Thryv pricing page shows a Start free trial button on both Starter and Signature. Custom is sold through a sales conversation. Some software directories say there is no trial, but Thryv's own page is the current source.
All of them. AI reputation management is checked on Starter, Signature and Custom. Review acknowledgment is the one review feature missing from Starter and included on Signature and Custom, so you do not need the $399 plan just to manage reviews.
For review requests and a review widget alone, ReviewJet is $49 a month flat, Reviewflowz Pro is $45 per location, NiceJob Starter is $75 and GatherUp is $99 for one location. None of them builds a website or manages listings, which Thryv Starter does.
