Trustmary pricing and what the Starter and Business plans really cost
Trustmary pricing looks simple from a distance and is not. The pricing page shows a free Solo plan, then AI Visibility at $191, Starter at $388 and Business at $650 a month on annual billing. Those three numbers are not flat plans. Each one is a preset basket of separately priced parts, and the checkout lets you take parts out. If you only want Google reviews on your site and a way to ask for more, the real price can be a fraction of the headline, or it can be the wrong tool. Here is how the price is built and how to size it.

The short answer
Trustmary's Solo plan is free with 200 widget views and 5 survey responses a month. Paid pricing is usage based: you pick a monthly views tier (5,000 views is $18 a month, or $15 on annual billing) and a responses tier (10 responses is $11, or $10 annually), then add what you need. The Starter preset comes to $388 a month billed annually and Business to $650, mostly because both include the $191 AI Visibility profile page and $95 premium support. Annual billing saves about 16%. Third-party directories still quote $190 or $194 a month, which no longer matches the page.
How much does Trustmary cost?
These are the figures shown in US dollars on trustmary.com/pricing with annual billing selected. The page also offers monthly billing at roughly 19% more.
| Plan | Per month, billed annually | Responses a month | Widget views a month | Preset includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $0 | 5 | 200 | Import reviews, add reviews to a website, collect feedback and reviews, review page |
| AI Visibility | $191 | 5 | 200 | Solo features, auto-import, the AI Visibility profile page |
| Starter | $388 | 10 | 5,000 | 3 review connections, auto-import, review schema markup, custom surveys, analytics, premium support |
| Business | $650 | 50 | 25,000 | 10 review connections, lead generation, whitelabel, premium integrations, premium support |
| Scale | Contact sales | Custom | Custom | All features |
The Starter and Business buttons say "Customize plan" rather than "Buy". That wording matters. Each preset opens a configurator where the responses tier, the views tier and every add-on is a line you can change or remove.
How Trustmary's usage-based pricing is built
Two meters set the base price. Views count how many times a widget's code loads on your site. Responses count the answers you receive to surveys and review forms. You choose one tier of each, and the two prices add together.
| Widget views a month | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | Responses a month | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | Free | Free | 5 | Free | Free |
| 5,000 | $18 | $15 | 10 | $11 | $10 |
| 10,000 | $28 | $23 | 25 | $22 | $19 |
| 25,000 | $45 | $37 | 50 | $68 | $57 |
| 50,000 | $80 | $66 | 100 | $137 | $114 |
| 100,000 | $114 | $95 | 250 | $229 | $190 |
Both ladders keep going, to 10 million views and 100,000 responses. Look at the right half of the table before the left. Views are cheap. Responses are where the bill grows: 100 responses a month costs more than 100,000 widget views. A response is a survey or review form answer, so a business that collects feedback from every customer pays by the answer.
What the Trustmary add-ons cost
| Add-on | Per month, billed annually | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| AI Visibility profile page | $191 | A review profile page built to be read by AI search tools |
| Premium support | $95 | Phone support and a dedicated account manager |
| Premium integrations | $95 | Native HubSpot and Pipedrive integration |
| Analytics | $57 | Custom reports on feedback and reviews |
| HR package | $57 | Feedback and reviews from employees |
| Lead generation forms | $28 | Forms, chatbots and call-to-action widgets |
| Experiments | $28 | Conversion tracking and A/B tests |
| Whitelabel | $19 | Removes Trustmary branding from widgets and survey forms |
| Review connections | $10 for 3, $14 for 5, $23 for 10 | Automatic import from review platforms, one connection per Google location or Facebook page |
| Custom surveys | $10 | Your own survey questions |
| Review translations | $10 | AI translation of reviews into a chosen language |
| Onboarding package | $990, billed once | A kickoff with Trustmary's customer experience team |
Add the Starter lines up and the headline makes sense: $15 for 5,000 views, $10 for 10 responses, $10 for 3 review connections, $10 custom surveys, $57 analytics, $95 premium support and $191 for the AI Visibility page. That is $388. More than 70% of the Starter price is two add-ons, the profile page and premium support.
Three worked examples
These totals are our own sums of the component prices above on annual billing. Confirm the final figure in Trustmary's checkout, where tax is added on top.
| Business | What it selects | Per month, billed annually |
|---|---|---|
| Remodeling contractor, one Google profile, widget on the home page | 5,000 views, 25 responses, 3 review connections | About $44 |
| B2B services firm that surveys every client and syncs to its CRM | 10,000 views, 100 responses, 5 connections, premium integrations, whitelabel | About $265 |
| Multi-location home services brand taking the Business preset as offered | 25,000 views, 50 responses, 10 connections and every preset add-on | $650 |
The contractor row is the one the headline prices hide. If you strip the presets down to the meters and the review connections, Trustmary is a $44 a month tool. The services firm row shows the other direction. One hundred survey responses and a HubSpot or Pipedrive sync carry most of that $265.
Is Trustmary free?
Yes, the Solo plan is free and needs no credit card. It includes importing reviews, adding them to a website, collecting feedback and reviews, and a review profile page, capped at 200 widget views and 5 responses a month. Two hundred views is a real limit. A widget on a home page that gets 30 visits a day uses it in a week. The free plan suits a first test, and most live sites will need at least the 5,000 view tier.
What happens when you run out of views or responses?
For responses, Trustmary says nothing is lost: answers over the limit are locked until you upgrade. For views, the page gives two answers. The pricing FAQ says Trustmary will keep showing your widgets and contact you about a higher tier. An older answer still in the same page says the widget is hidden until the limit resets, then reappears. Ask their support which one applies to your account before you put a widget on a high-traffic page.
What US buyers should check first
Trustmary lists the ways to distribute a review form as a unique URL, QR code, email, embed, email signature and SMS, with SMS marked as available in Europe. If your review requests go out by text, which is how most US home service companies get their best response, that is a gap to confirm before you sign an annual term.
Import coverage is broad. Trustmary lists automated imports from Google, Facebook, G2, Capterra, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Booking.com, Airbnb, Trusted Shops, Google Play and TrustRadius. Each Google location or Facebook page counts as one review connection, so a company with 8 locations needs the 10 connection tier.
Is Trustmary worth it?
It is worth it when feedback is the product you are buying. Trustmary is strongest as a survey system with reviews attached: NPS and CSAT measurement, custom surveys, analytics on the answers, and a HubSpot or Pipedrive sync so a satisfied answer can turn into a testimonial request. A B2B services company with a customer success team gets real use from that.
It is harder to justify when the job is narrower. A local business that wants more Google reviews and a widget does not need response-metered surveys, an analytics add-on or a $95 support tier, and the presets push all three. Some needs also sit outside a web widget entirely. A showroom that wants its best reviews on the lobby TV, for example, is shopping for digital signage software that runs the screens you already own, not for a survey platform.
Trustmary compared with other review tool pricing
| Tool | Published price | What is metered | Review requests |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustmary | Free, then built from parts; presets at $191, $388 and $650 a month billed annually | Widget views, responses, review connections | Email, link, QR code; SMS listed for Europe |
| EmbedSocial | 29, 49 or 99 a month; 20% off yearly | Sources and widget views | Not stated on the pricing page |
| Trustindex | $65, $125 or $349 a year | Number of companies | Check the add-on list |
| ReviewJet | $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly | Review requests sent (1,000 a month on Starter) | Email and SMS sequences, with one reminder |
The detail behind the other rows is in our EmbedSocial pricing and Trustindex pricing breakdowns, and the review widget pricing comparison lines the widget tools up by traffic level.
When a flat-price review tool fits better than Trustmary
Metering by response has an awkward side effect. The better your requests work, the more you pay, and a good month can push you into the next tier. If what you want is every customer asked once and the results on your site, a flat price is easier to live with. ReviewJet's Starter plan is $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, and covers up to 1,000 review requests a month by email and text, one reminder each, and unlimited widgets with no view meter. There is no charge per review received.
The CRM side does not need a $95 add-on either. ReviewJet takes a webhook from the system you already run, so a closed deal or a paid invoice can trigger the request directly. The setups are written up for HubSpot Google reviews and Zoho Google reviews. What ReviewJet does not do is NPS and CSAT survey analytics. If those are the reason you are looking at Trustmary, Trustmary is the better fit.
You can see the ReviewJet plans side by side, or start with the Google reviews widget and the review generation software page to see both halves of the job.
Frequently asked questions
Trustmary is free on the Solo plan with 200 widget views and 5 responses a month. Paid presets show $191 a month for AI Visibility, $388 for Starter and $650 for Business on annual billing, and Scale is quoted by sales. Each preset is built from separately priced tiers and add-ons that you can change at checkout.
Yes. The Solo plan is free with no credit card and includes importing reviews, adding them to a website, collecting feedback and a review page. It is capped at 200 widget views and 5 survey responses a month, which a home page with 30 visits a day uses up in about a week.
Because the Starter preset bundles add-ons. On annual billing it is $15 for 5,000 views, $10 for 10 responses, $10 for 3 review connections, $10 for custom surveys, $57 for analytics, $95 for premium support and $191 for the AI Visibility profile page. The last two make up more than 70% of the price.
Trustmary lists SMS as a distribution channel in Europe. Its other channels are a unique URL, QR code, email, website or app embed and email signature. If your review requests go out by text message in the United States, confirm availability with Trustmary before you commit to an annual term.
If you need Google review requests and a website widget without survey analytics, ReviewJet costs $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, for up to 1,000 email and SMS requests a month and unlimited widgets. It has no view meter and no charge per response received.
