Reviewshake pricing for every plan and the Agency tier
Reviewshake publishes its prices, which already puts it ahead of Birdeye and Podium. Starter is $29 a month, Growth $59, Ultimate $99, and the white label Agency plan starts at $199 a month for 10 clients. The catch sits in the limits: one location on the entry plan, invite caps on every tier, and $30 a month for each extra location. Here is what each plan really costs once you count locations, texts and seats.

The short answer
Reviewshake costs $29 a month on Starter (one location, one user, three review sources, 250 email invites), $59 on Growth (1,000 emails, 500 texts, video reviews, widgets) and $99 on Ultimate (2,000 emails, 1,000 texts, two way SMS chat, competitor tracking). The Agency plan starts at $199 a month for 10 clients, 25 locations and 15 users, fully white labeled. Yearly billing saves 20 percent and every plan has a 14 day trial.
How much does Reviewshake cost?
These figures come from the pricing page on reviewshake.com. Prices are in US dollars per month on monthly billing. The page offers 20 percent off for paying yearly but does not print the yearly figures, so the annual column below is the monthly price times twelve, less 20 percent.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly at 20% off | Users | Review sources | Invites a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 | about $278 | 1 | Up to 3 | 250 email, no SMS listed |
| Growth | $59 | about $566 | 3 | Unlimited | 1,000 email, 500 SMS |
| Ultimate | $99 | about $950 | 5 | Unlimited | 2,000 email, 1,000 SMS |
| Agency | From $199 | Quote | 15 | Unlimited | 30,000 email, 1,000 SMS |
Starter is a real plan, not a teaser, but it is tight. One location, one login and three review sources fit a single shop that only cares about Google and maybe Facebook. The 250 email invites cover a business doing around ten jobs a working day. Starter lists automated AI review responses, and there is no SMS allowance on it at all, so a business whose customers live on their phones skips straight to Growth.
Growth is the plan most single location businesses end up on. It lifts review sources to unlimited, adds 500 texts a month, video reviews and the email, website and social widgets. Ultimate doubles the invites and adds two way SMS chat and competitor tracking, which is useful if you already answer customer texts and want it in the same inbox.
What does the Reviewshake Agency plan cost?
The Agency plan starts at $199 a month. The base package covers 10 clients, 25 locations, 15 users, 30,000 emails and 1,000 texts a month, and Reviewshake describes it as 100 percent white labeled, so your clients see your brand on the dashboard, request pages and emails.
Growth past the base is sold in seats. Each seat adds one user account, 1,000 emails and 200 US texts a month, and the seat price falls with volume: $15 a month for 1 to 25 seats, $12 for 26 to 100, $11 for 101 to 250, $10 for 251 to 500 and $8 above 500. That makes the agency math fairly predictable. An agency with 10 clients and two staff fits the base package. An agency that gives each of 25 clients its own login needs 10 seats past the 15 included, which is about another $150 a month on top of whatever the client and location count does to the quote.
The number to watch is texts. 1,000 SMS a month across 10 clients is 100 per client, which is fine for a law firm and thin for a busy HVAC company that finishes 15 calls a day. Seats add 200 texts each, so a texting-heavy roster grows the bill faster than the client count suggests.
Is there a free trial of Reviewshake?
Yes. Every plan, including Agency, shows a 14 day free trial on the pricing page. The page does not say whether a card is required, so expect to check that at signup. There is no free plan: when the trial ends you pick a paid tier or the account stops sending.
How much does an extra location cost on Reviewshake?
Each additional location is $30 a month, according to the comparison table on the pricing page. That is where per location pricing starts to bite. A three location business on Growth pays $59 plus $60 for the two extra locations, or $119 a month, before any annual discount. Five locations come to about $179 a month. At that point the Agency plan, at $199 for 25 locations, becomes the cheaper door even for a business that is not an agency.
| Locations or clients | Reviewshake, monthly billing | ReviewJet, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $59 on Growth for SMS | $49 on Starter, email and SMS |
| 3 | $119, Growth plus 2 locations | $149 on Plus, 5 workspaces |
| 5 | $179, or $199 on Agency | $149 on Plus, white label |
| 10 | $199 on Agency | $499 on Pro, unlimited |
Read that table both ways. At one location and at five, ReviewJet costs less. At three it costs $30 more because Plus is the first plan with more than one workspace. At ten clients Reviewshake Agency is clearly cheaper than our Pro tier, and if your roster sits between six and twenty five clients with modest texting, Reviewshake is the better buy on price. Our Pro plan earns its $499 when the roster passes that range, because it has no cap on requests, seats or workspaces.
Is Reviewshake worth it?
For an agency that wants a published white label price, yes, it is one of the few. Most competitors in this space either hide the agency tier behind a demo, like the quote only Agency plan in GatherUp pricing, or tie it to a minimum spend, as Vendasta does. A $199 starting point with a seat table you can read is easy to put into a client proposal.
It is less obviously right for a single business. The step from Starter to Growth is forced by SMS, and the step from Growth to anything multi location is $30 a location. A business that mainly needs Google reviews from every customer, by text and email, at one or two locations, can get that for less. And if you are already asking for reviews in other places, small things add up too: staff who put the review link in every company email signature collect a steady trickle without any invite limit.
Reviewshake alternatives with published prices
Four tools buyers usually put next to Reviewshake, all with prices printed on their own pages. NiceJob is $75 a month on Starter and $125 on Pro, with SMS and email requests on both and no contract, built for home services. Trustindex is $65 to $349 a year, cheap for display, with SMS collection still listed as in progress, which we cover in Trustindex alternatives. GatherUp is $99 for one location and $60 per location after that. ReviewJet is $49 a month for one workspace with up to 1,000 email and SMS requests, and $149 for five white label workspaces with your own request page domain.
If the agency side is what you are pricing, start with white label review management, which sets the workspace, branding and billing model next to the rest of the market, and how to price reputation management services for what to charge clients on top.
Which Reviewshake plan should you pick?
A single location that only emails customers can live on Starter at $29. Add texting and you need Growth at $59. Add a second or third location and compare $30 per location against a plan priced by workspace. Run reviews for clients and go straight to Agency, then count texts per client before you sign, because SMS is the limit that runs out first.
Want every customer asked by text and email from $49 a month?
ReviewJet sends the request after each job or payment, follows up once, and shows the Google, G2 and Trustpilot reviews that come back in a widget with no view cap. Plus adds five white label workspaces for agencies.
